I attended Ohio State University for 3 years.  Married and had 3 children. Graduated from Central Ohio School of Massage in 1981. Graduated with a 2 yr. Degree in Physical Therapy in 1994. I have always had a private practice in my home as well as practicing massage at the Lima, YMCA for 15yrs. Then 2 yrs. at St. Rita's Hospital in Lima, Ohio. 7 years at Rehabilitex In Solon, Ohio where I combined my Massage and Physical Therapy Assistant background in the Out Patient Clinic. After moving to Green Valley, AZ I contracted at Green Valley Massage Clinic from 2004 to 2022. After the clinic closed in June of 2022, I opened a private office and only practice Myofascial Release Therapy. I took my first Myofascial Release Seminar with John Barnes in 1999 and have continued to this day taking seminars to improve my skills and intuition.
